In 1989, Jim Houlihan started Foreign Repair Center. He grew this business with his wife Sandi to be a large successful business that provides customers from all over New England with dealership-level repair quality but with fair, honest pricing and friendly personalized service. It was also important to Jim and Sandi to treat their customers as family. Today, Jim and Sandi have officially passed on the wrench to their head mechanic for the last five years, Will Starzec. Will fully intends to keep the same tradition and values alive that Jim once had. He is very passionate about not only servicing vehicles but also building relationships with his customers and helping them and their families.
